Who We're Looking For:

Major Tom is recruiting a Sales Coordinator to join our growing Sales team. This individual will work with our VP of Growth & Development.

We’re looking for an individual who has a passion for sales, is extremely organized with attention to detail, and thrives in a fast paced environment.

What You'll Get To Do:

  • Work day-to-day with VP, Growth & Development
    • Help coordinate and attend client meetings
    • Create and format proposals and sales decks
    • Coordinate contracts for signature
  • Manage and govern our CRM platform, Hubspot to ensure the sales pipeline runs efficiently
  • Assist with qualifying leads for our sales team
  • Coordinate and manage the sales collateral including submissions and content for the Major Tom website and assist with development of case studies
  • Help facilitate growth and move day-to-day business forward

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a digital or performance marketing agency
  • Post-secondary education in business, marketing, or sales (asset but not deal-breaker)
  • Strong customer service experience and confidence dealing with clients directly over the phone and via email
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High proficiency with using HubSpot, Slack, Google Suite, and Gong
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
